Satori (悟り) (Chinese: 悟; pinyin: wù; Korean 오) is a Japanese Buddhist
term for enlightenment. The word literally means "understanding".
Satori translates into a flash of sudden awareness, or individual
Enlightenment. Satori is an intuitive experience as well. Satori is
used to refer to a "deep" or lasting state of enlightenment.
Life coaching is a way to accomplish things faster and easier than you can by yourself. Working with a trained life coach will help you see your issues from a different perspective and come up with solutions to your challenges. A coach also helps you identify steps to take to remove obstacles in your way and learn new ways of doing things that can make your life better.
